The Growing Market

Approximately 11,000 Baby Boomers turn 65 every day in the United States. That creates an opportunity for entrepreneurs looking to build a vibrant business while making a positive impact in their local communities. According to Forbes, 67 million people over the age of 60 are in current need or are expected to need care. Over the next two decades, 65 million more people in the U.S. will be 65 years old.

The market and demand for Always Best Care services is growing every day due to not only the aging population dynamics but also the increasing consumer desire to age in place in the comfort of home.

In addition to the aging population dynamics and shifting consumer trends to age in place at home, the rise in demand for home care industry services is also linked to the increased life expectancy of Americans due to advancements in the healthcare industry.

Advantages of a Senior Care Franchise

For more information about the senior care industry, please click here.

Low Overhead,
Executive Office Model

Unlike retail, fitness or food franchises requiring expensive buildouts, an Always Best Care franchise operates from a simple executive suite office space. The initial investment to launch the business is significantly lower, mainly focused on working capital and launch marketing, not real estate and construction buildout costs. This keeps startup costs manageable while allowing new franchisees to preserve their capital for growth-oriented investments in the business, not fixed cost real estate.

Recession-Resistant, Demographically-Driven Demand

The numbers are powerful: 7.6 million seniors currently need home care, and by 2040 nearly 81 million Americans will be 65+. The U.S. senior care market is approximately $400B. Unlike discretionary consumer businesses, senior care demand is more stable and driven by the inevitable demographic needs of the country’s aging population.

Accreditation &
Certification Support

Always Best Care provides pathways to National Association for Home Care and Hospice Private Duty Home Care Certification and accreditation through The Accreditation Choice for Healthcare, Community Health Accreditation Partner, or Joint Commission – competitive differentiators that enhance credibility with referral sources and enable managed care contracts.

Optional Skilled Nursing Expansion

For ambitious franchisees, Always Best Care offers the option to obtain skilled nursing licensure and expand into higher-acuity (and higher-margin) home health services. This creates a growth path within the same brand.
